Arrival & Medical
- A current vaccination certificate is required for each cat on arrival. A cat without a certificate cannot be accepted into the Cattery.
- All cats must be wormed and treated against fleas.
- We are unable to accept un-neutered males.
- Boarding cats will be examined upon arrival & refused admission if judged unsuitable for boarding.
- A condition of boarding is that your cat is in a fit and healthy condition. However if they were to fall ill whilst with us they will be covered by our insurance up to the policy maximum.
- Veterinary bills incurred through unrelated or pre-existing conditions, diagnosed or not, will be the responsibility of the owner and owner's current insurance cover.
- Owners and designated contact persons will be contacted and informed on decisions regarding the care of their cat. If contact cannot be made, then the owners of the cattery will act as the appropriate person to consent for the care and treatment of your cat.
- Any extra charges incurred during your cat's stay such as veterinary treatment outside of the maximum insurance cover etc.must be paid upon the departure date.
- Animals are boarded at the sole risk of their owners and whilst every care will be taken, the management cannot be liable for illness, injury or death of any animal in their care.
Bookings, Departures & Payments
- Daily rates include VAT & insurance.
- Arrival and departure dates are charged at the full daily rate.
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% will be required on booking with the remaining 50% balance due on arrival.
- If the owner cuts short the stay the full duration is payable.
- We accept Cash and payments via Online Banking.
- 50% premium charged on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day only.
- Minimum stay is 4 days.
- Any extra costs incurred during your cats stay must be paid on the departure date.
- If cats aren’t collected within 14 days of the departure date and no communication is received from the owner, a decision to re-home the pet will be made at the cattery owners’ discretion.
- Possessions left on the premises by clients will be at their own risk.
- Any vehicles brought onto the premises are at the risk of the owner/driver.
